    1

    Day 1- Arrival at Guwahati - Shillong

    You will be picked up by our representative cum driver at the airport/railway station and proceed to Shillong - On the way you will visit the beautiful Umiam Lake, a major tourist attraction located just before entering Shillong. You will visit- Cathedral Catholic Church, Ward’s lake, Botanical Garden, etc - Overnight at Shillong.

    Day 02- Shillong -Cherrapunjee

    Morning After Breakfast drive to Cherrapunjee, On the way visit Mawkdok ViewPoint, there you can do Zip lining (optional) - Later Visit - Nohkalikai Falls, Seven Sisters Falls, Mawsmai Cave, Arwah Cave, Shillong Peak, Elephant Falls etc - Overnight at Cherapunjee.

    Day 03- Cherrapunjee – MAWLYNNONG VILLAGE - DAWKI – Shillong

    After a refreshing morning, take your breakfast and drive from Cherrapunji to Mawlynnong - A picturesque village located in East Khasi Hills along the India-Bangladesh border in Dawki - Ungmot River (Optional Boating activity suggested)- Further Proceed to declared as the cleanest village in Asia by Discover India magazine in 2003. You can visit Balancing Rock, Sky Walk, Bangladesh View point and the longest Living Root Bridge. Again back to Shillong and overnight stay at the hotel.

    Day 04- Shillong Sightseeing & Guwahati Drop

    Morning after breakfast visit - Mawphlang sacred Forest Mawphlang Sacred Forest is a protected area situated in the East Khasi Hills of Shillong. Also known as Law Lyngdoh, it is preserved by the natives since ancient times as a part of their religious beliefs, in which forests are considered as a sacred entity. Laitlum Canyons It is one of the eco destinations in Shillong. This place is remarkable due to its natural environmental formation. Perched at great heights, it is in fact the edge of a hill which is surrounded by green hills and valleys. The view of grassy plus rocky hills all around and tiny villages far below is really magnificent. Walking down to the valley via an uneven rocky path is rather easy; however the climb uphill is a bit tedious - Proceed for Guwahati - Overnight stay at Guwahati.

    Day 05: Guwahati Local Visit & Airport drop

    Morning after breakfast visit Maa Kamakhya temple , Balaji temple, Deepor Beel, Kalashetra evening you can enjoy local market OR Bhramhaputra River Dinner Cruise (if time permits) - Depart to Airport. Tour ends!

  1. Booking Confirmation:

    • A minimum advance payment is required to confirm the booking.

    • Full payment must be completed before the commencement of the trip.

  2. Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellation charges apply as per the following:

      • 30 days before departure: 10% cancellation fee.

      • 15-29 days before departure: 25% cancellation fee.

      • 7-14 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee.

      • Less than 7 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee (No refund).

  3. Changes in Itinerary:

    • The company reserves the right to alter or modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, roadblocks, or government regulations.

  4. Liability Disclaimer:

    • Zippi Trip is not responsible for any loss, injury, accident, or damages to personal belongings during the trip.

    • Guests must have valid identification and travel insurance.

    • The company does not have any liability if the tour is canceled or itinerary changed due to any unpredictable event.

    • The company does not cover insurance in case of any accidents or loss of belongings.

  5. Weather & Infrastructure:

    • All trips are subject to weather conditions.

    • Northeast being a hilly area, guests may face electricity and water shortages if weather conditions are unfavorable.

  6. Child Policy:

    • Child below 5 years: Complimentary.

    • Child 5-10 years without an extra bed: Charged as CNB (Child No Bed).

    • Child 5-10 years with an extra bed: Charged as CWB (Child With Bed).

    • Above 10 years / Extra adult with an extra bed: Charged as EPSR.

    • Hotels are strict with child policy; age proof must be provided if requested.

  7. About Vehicles:

    • Vehicles provided as per package type:

      • A/C Santro / Wagon-R / Alto for 1-3 pax (including child).

      • Non-A/C Sumo / Max / Hardtop Jeeps for 4-8 pax.

      • Innova / Scorpio / Xylo / Tavera for 6 pax (including child).

    • Only 6 heads are allowed in one Innova / Xylo, and 8 heads in one Sumo / Max.

    • Extra vehicle cost will be borne by guests if additional space is required for luggage.

  8. About Hotels:

    • Check-in: 13:00 hrs / Check-out: 11:00 hrs.

    • All accommodations in hill destinations will be Non-A/C.

    • Hotels follow strict child policies; carry valid age proof.

    • Extra adults may be provided extra mattresses instead of beds.

  9. About Transport:

    • Guests should be patient with drivers as they may not be well-versed in tourism etiquette.

    • Due to parking issues, guests should be ready in the lobby at the scheduled time.

    • Itinerary re-arrangements may occur due to hotel availability without changing the number of days.

  10. Permit Requirements:

  • Guests must carry 4 copies of passport-size photographs and a valid ID proof (Voter ID / Passport / Driving License) for permits.

  • Any increase in taxes or fuel prices leading to cost hikes in transportation and land arrangements will be applicable before departure.
