Ours was a short family trip to Gangtok of 3nights n 4 days. Mr Sanjiv Sharma of Zippi Trip along with his support Staff at Bagdogra, Siliguri n Gangtok were super efficient in conducting a successful family tour to Gangtok. Rohit n his fellow brother on wheel n guide to us were also very resourceful n helpful. Overall a beautiful trip though due to admin constraints we could not visit the Nathula pass. Thanks Mr Sanjiv for help at hand at any moment of need. Wish to further avail your excellent hospitality. The 4star resort stay at Denzong Resort n Spa was enjoyable n worth mention.

Zippi trip arranged our trip and gave some suggestions to meet our needs. The hotel accommodations were good. The cars and drivers were good and decent. Even when we had some issues with weather, Suraj from Zippi trip was helpful. I will recommend Zippi for any NE vacation trips.

Mr. Suraj promptly and patiently addressed all queries before and during the trip, irrespective of the hour. A representative was sent at Bagdogra airport to help us in our journey, which was a nice touch. Both drivers that were provided were well mannered and safe.
